Proview is proud to be Scotland's most innovative security provider. Established in 2004 the company was born out of a realisation that the security market has developed new vulnerabilities and risks. Such threats can only be addressed through the smart utilisation of technology do deliver cost effective protection. Emergency Response & Key Holding

It's 3:00 am and your intruder alarm has just been activated or an intruder has activated the CCTV Cameras on your premises. What happens next?

Absolutely nothing.....if you have the peace of mind protection given by Proview's Emergency Response service. Proview are dedicated providers of remote monitoring and mobile response services. With a network of 5 local emergency response teams across Central, Lothian and Borders, Tayside, Fife, and Grampian regions, using fleet of rapid response vehicles and experienced and highly trained security personnel, you can be sure your assets are more than adequately covered.

How Proview Emergency Response works in an emergency
Proview preventative signage clearly displayed on all premises.
In the unfortunate event of a break-in your alarm will ring through to the monitoring centre.
Upon receipt of the alarm call or CCTV activation and intruder verification the alarm receiving monitoring centre will call a response unit in your area to attend the premises site, response times can be guaranteed.
Aided by satellite tracking – we are never far away. If there is any evidence of a forced entry we will act to your agreed procedures.
At the site we will arrange for all necessary repairs to be undertaken. Once secured we will reset your alarm.
And all the time your key holder is safe at home and ready for work the next day.
A detailed report of the action taken is then emailed or faxed for your information. If more detailed measures or proposals are required our Quality Manager would make arrangements to meet with your representatives and discuss the information incident.

CCTV Monitoring

Combining Proview's strengths in CCTV Design & Installation and Response Teams with electronic monitoring services enables us to offer a significantly enhanced service to you.

Unauthorised access to your site will trigger an alarm sensor; this will instantly activate the appropriate cameras and relay images of the activation source to the Proview Control Room. Within seconds the alarms are recognised, viewed and our skilled operators will action the most suitable response. However you have peace of mind that our unique monitoring software and internal procedures mean images are always being recorded and stored securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, from the very instant the sensor activates camera monitoring. The operator’s actions can vary from an audio warning, right through to calling our own emergency response team and/or the emergency services.

Proview recognised that fixed CCTV systems can offer clients a wide and varied range of services and benefits, whilst offering substantial cost and operational savings in comparison to manned guarding solutions. Fixed cameras though are not always the best or most cost effective long term solution to every clients needs. Proview has therefore designed and constructed and have in operation, several variations of mobile CCTV recording vehicles, trailers and fully mobile pole bases to deliver a tailored service to those clients who have a more specific requirement for crime detection and reduction.

Vehicles and Systems available
Manned CCTV Vehicle complete with monitoring and recording station, with standalone dual 360 degree PTZ cameras and sensors applicable to range detection requirements, recording to local DVR secured within the vehicle, to compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Manned CCTV Vehicle complete with monitoring and recording station and Satellite Communication System for IP streaming of images back to Proview's Control Room, where activations and images are dealt with by the operators. CCTV system is Dual 360 degree PTZ cameras and sensors applicable to range detection requirements.

All of Proview's vehicles have tracking devices fitted for movement recording. Each vehicle has security features inbuilt to ensure safety of the crew operating the system. Several operating safety features are also built into the vehicle itself to ensure the system operates to its optimum.
