Proview CCTV Services Ltd provide a large range of Security Personnel services tailored to your exact and specific needs. Manned guarding services such as static security are available for commercial, industrial and residential developments of various sizes and types throughout the United Kingdom. 24 hour supervision is monitored through our central control room and we employ a team of highly experienced staff in our manned control room to back up our security officers.Our security officers are in regular contact with our control room by mobile telephone.

Supervisors are equipped with mobile phones and pagers in the event that one system fails communications can be maintained at all times. All vehicles are fitted with tracking systems which cuts down response time. Proview CCTV Services Ltd signage is clearly displayed on all perimeter fencing. A method statement is compiled to indicate how Proview CCTV Services Ltd implement, operate and manage the service on your behalf. Should an intruder gain access, our security officer will notify the local police and our control room. Any incidents are reported in detail to the client by email and/or fax.

Mobile Patrols

Mobile patrols are frequently used as a deterrent when projects are being initiated. Our mobile patrols are in regular contact with central control and are equipped with mobile telephones and pagers. This service compromises of external/internal patrols of your premises at random frequencies to achieve maximum deterrence during the silent hours. The number of visits per day/night is up to you, although we do recommend a minimum of 2 patrols up to a maximum of 10. A Guard-Tour system is installed to monitor the attendance of the Officer.

If any incidents/faults are found, these will be documented and faxed to you the following morning for your perusal. If there is an incident/fault that requires immediate action the Security Officer will contact one of your nominated key holders to notify them of the situation and assist in any subsequent action.

Key Holding

Our staff are on call 24 hours a day to manage our secure keyholding and alarm response. If the alarm at your premises goes off - often late at night or in the early hours of the morning - Proview CCTV Services Ltd can respond swiftly as keyholder to make sure your business is secure. We will be the first point of contact for police or other emergency services to respond to triggered alarms, avoiding risk of injury to your staff attending late night call outs. This hassle free service allows for your peace of mind and is extremely cost effective.

Emergency Response

Proview CCTV Services Ltd signage clearly displayed on all perimeter fencing. In the event of an intruder gaining access, our security officer will notify the local police and ring the control room. The duty controller will then ascertain the requirement of a mobile patrol to carry out a site visit. All our supervisors vehicles are fitted with tracking systems, which makes the response time minimal. A detailed report is then emailed or faxed to the client giving a full report of the incident.
