It's 3:00 am and your intruder alarm has just been activated or an intruder has activated the CCTV Cameras on your premises. What happens next?

Absolutely nothing.....if you have the peace of mind protection given by Proview’s Emergency Response service. Proview are dedicated providers of remote monitoring and mobile response services.

How Proview Emergency Response works in an emergency?

• Proview preventative signage clearly displayed on all premises.
• In the unfortunate event of a break-in your alarm will ring through to the monitoring centre.
• Upon receipt of the alarm call or CCTV activation and intruder verification the alarm receiving monitoring centre will call the Police and also a Proview Supervisor.
• Aided by satellite tracking – we are never far away. If there is any evidence of a forced entry we will act to your agreed procedures.
• At the site we will arrange for all necessary repairs to be undertaken. Once secured we will reset your alarm.
• And all the time your key holder is safe at home and ready for work the next day.
• A detailed report of the action taken is then emailed or faxed for your information. If more detailed measures or proposals are required our Quality Manager would make arrangements to meet with your representatives and discuss the information incident.
